Taste of Australia Dinner

Cocktails and canapés: 6.30pm – 7.00pm
Dinner: 7.00pm – 10.30pm

Continuing the ‘fine dining’ tradition of the Summit, we kick off with the annual Taste of Australia Industry dinner. Inspired by MC Annabel Crabb’s hit show, Kitchen Cabinet, parliamentary colleagues will join Annabel on stage, to celebrate the finest Australian co-operative produce, expertly brought together in a menu created by Stamford Plaza’s executive chef, Gary Stiles.

After dinner speaker, Bernard Salt AM, will recount stories of a ‘co-op childhood’.
